Chocolate /ˈtʃɒkᵊlət/ is a typically sweet, usually brown, food preparation of Theobroma cacao seeds, roasted and ground, often flavored with vanilla. Adventure / ədˈvɛntʃə/ noun an unusual and exciting or daring experience.
Chocolate is a fascinating and magical substance that connects people and communities together around the world. From the farmer, to the maker, to the eater; each play their part in the rich tapestry of cocoa.
Some of us are facilitators of these connections, bringing people together through chocolate inspired or chocolate themed events and workshops. Not just to help people appreciate the magic of cocoa, to to help you learn how to incorporate chocolate into your daily life as part of a quality and balanced lifestyle.
As a chocolate industry expert I run regular chocolate events including tastings, hands on workshops, food pairings and more artistic ‘tasting through colour’ workshops for individuals, groups, corporate and brands looking for product consultancy.
